Print Ordering

We retrieve your Labs Product Catalogue (Config File) from the web. Your operating system may require you to open and close Presentation Gold twice to activate the Product Catalogue. Once you see your Lab's Print size list on the right side of the Order Screen in Presentation Gold, you are ready to proceed.

1- Click File/Open Images. Images must be on your computer, not on a CD.
2- Select an image in the thumbnail bar.
3- Select a size from the list on the right side. Click the size button to add quantities, or use the dropdown.
4- Click the "Order" button at the top of the size/quantities column.
5- The "Order Name" screen will appear. Enter a name for your order. The "Description" box is not a required field.
6- Go to the Crop Screen. Click the "Crop Squares" icon on the tool bar to go to the crop screen.
 

7- Crop your images. Hold the "Shift Key", and move your mouse to adjust the crop box. When you have it the way you like it, let go of the mouse button, click the "Space Bar" on your keyboard, or "Double Click" the image and it will crop. Click the Space Bar again or Double Click the image and the crop will go away.

You can't make any mistakes. The program will only allow you to crop the images in the correct aspect ratio as the size of the print ordered. You cannot crop an 11x14 with an 8x10 crop. FOOLPROOF

Order first, then crop

8- Click the "Process Orders and Images" icon.

9- Click the "Process Order" Button.

10- Click the FTP icon.

11- Your order will appear in the screen. Select the order, Click "Add the Selected Order"
12- When the connection is complete- click "Upload"

Your order is on it's way to your lab.

Note: Images can only be saved in sRGB format.

Preview Gallery can allow you to do business YOUR WAY. Our multi facetted shopping cart can allow you to offer your clients any number of ways to order individual prints or "Multiple Pose" packages.

For example, you may pre-sell your High School Seniors a package and would like to allow them to order at home, online.

Older ordering system did not allow for pre-sales. In fact, most other online print sales systems have very simple shopping carts that only allow for individual print sales. We have created the "Next Generation" Print Ordering system. With our versatile "Coupons", you can create a "Credit" coupon for your Packages. Your Seniors order their package from you, pay in advance, and then use their credit coupon to order their prints at home.

You can allow one pose, 10 poses, or unlimited poses to be ordered. They can order additional prints and it will be added to their cart. When the Checkout, the Coupon you issued to them will be deducted from their total sale.

There are many other features of our shopping cart, coupons, image viewing, and payment systems. We suggest you use your free gallery for the next 30 days. We will give you a 500 image capacity Preview Gallery to use.

If you like how Preview Gallery works, you can continue to use your Gallery for only $14.95 monthly for a 1000 Image Capacity Gallery. Additional Capacity is only $9.95 monthly for 1000 additional images. Special packages are available for high volume studios.

We DO NOT collect any commissions on your sales. You order can go to your lab for printing and shipping if you choose to have them handle the total order fulfillment process for you.

Don't be fooled by the image hosting companies that offer "Free Unlimited" hosting services. Eventually you pay somehow, either with high commissions on your sales or "hidden" fees.

You may even choose to use eXpress Order. With eXpress Order your clients place orders, the images for the orders are retrieved from your computer and the order is sent to the lab without you touching a thing. Total automation.

You will be creating a name for your Preview Gallery when you register to use your Presentation Gold. There is no cost or obligation. You will NOT be asked for any payment information. Use your Preview Gallery for free for 30 days.

System Requirements

We do suggest you use an XP Operating System, or Windows 2000. the program will no longer run in Win98 OS. The operating "speed" and memory capacity in your computer will not effect any functions in Presentation Gold. These speed and capacity factors will only effect the "speed" at which you can operate Presentation Gold.

Any new computer you buy today, right off the shelf, will work very well.
