How does it work?

Basically this is a 2 part system. You have a Presentation Gold Program in your computer. You create a Presentation Viewer for your clients. 

These videos will show you how your client uses the Presentation Viewer and how you receive their order

Your Clients can view their images and watch a slide show that you create for them, with music. They can order individual prints and design their own albums. Senior/Portrait photographers can have their clients design wall composites and other products.

The client emails their order back to you with our built in email sending system. You open their order, review and print. You can modify their designs, crop and color correct if you like. 

The system is simple, and easy to use. The Viewer installs in their computer automatically, the templates you provide are installed on there computer for them. When they open the Designer Tool the templates are there for them to work with. You can supply a variety of templates styles or just one. There are no limitations to your creativity. 

If you choose not to allow them to design their own albums, you simply leave the templates out of the CD Set Up. If there are no templates on the Viewer CD, the Album Designer Icon does not appear.

You choose whether or not you want to include a Slide Show. You can even have the program open to only the Slide Show. Or you can have the program open to the Viewer and Slide Show. 

Let's look at the system.....

Preparing a Presentation Viewer for your client   Video

Encryption Screen

1. Open the Presentation Viewer Encryption Screen, Located on Process Orders and Images Screen.
Click this icon to get to the Process Screen 

Then Click the "Shield".

2. Select a folder (directory) of images to Encrypt

3. Select a Folder (directory) of Album or Composite templates for your clients to use to create their Albums or Composite Layouts. (If you do not enclose templates in the CD Package for the Viewer, the Album Design Icon does not appear in the Client's Viewer. You may not want your clients to know that the option to design their own albums exists)

4.  Select to Encrypt Viewer only, Viewer and Slide Show, or Slide Show only.

5.  You have to create your slide show in the Presentation Slide Show ToolBox. You choose effects and add music in the Toolbox. Instructions

6. Encrypt your images and create your CD. (it's all done for you automatically, just click the button)

 The program places all the selected folders in the CD Que for you, no searching for files.

6. Give the CD to your clients. They, or you, can make as many copies of the CD as needed. The Images are Encrypted, not the CD itself.

Your client:

Installs the CD in their computer drive. Providing they have "Auto Start" enabled, and most people do, the Presentation  Viewer will install in their computer by itself. There are no "next" buttons. The program installs by itself.

If you elect to only show them a slide show, only the slide show will play. If you elect to allow them to use the Viewer to review their images and watch the slide show, they simply click the "Slide Show" button on the toolbar of the Viewer and they can watch the slide show. If you choose to only have them use the viewer and you did not create a slide show, the Slide Show Icon will not appear in their Viewer.

Once installed it will open the images that are on the CD.

Your clients can:

View their images, magnify, rotate, and categorize their images. They can compare images side by side and choose their favorites and drag their choices in our Image Organizer ToolBar. 

Individual Print Order Screen

Album/Composite Designer

They can create individual print orders, and design Wedding Albums with traditional insert, and Digital Composite Pages. We provide YOU with insert templates for all major manufacturers. We also supply you with over 1000 Digital Templates. YOU give your clients the templates they like to create their albums. 

They can order B&W and Sepia prints, they can crop their images (and you can review and change the crops later in your Presentation Gold Program), they can change background colors and add images to backgrounds. This is an easy to use yet very sophisticated Album Design program that will allow your clients to create simple or elaborate Albums. This is a simple drop and drag system. Nothing complicated. Anyone can create album pages in the Viewer's Designer Tool. 

You supply the templates. We suggest that you and your clients discuss the style and size of the album they are making. We offer 11x14, and Square Templates. You can create custom templates in any size. Presentation Gold (your program) has a Template Toolbox built in, or you can create a series of templates in Photoshop. 

Our suggestion...if you want your client to design their own album and save you from spending many hours of your time, keep the templates simple. If you want to add some variety to their album design, create a few custom pages in your studio after they send you their order, you will look like a hero!!!

Album Designer Screen

After they create their print and album orders, they can send them to you via, built in Email system. They simply click a button and send the order. When you receive their order, you can change the entire order from 12x12 to 10x10, (or any size within the aspect ratio of the original album) or add smaller Parent Albums that are duplicates of the Bride's design. 

Receiving Orders Video

When you receive their email, you save it to your "Presentation Orders"  folder. Open the Order in Presentation Gold. The ordered images will appear in the crop screen View. You can review the order by looking at the invoice screen, or the process order screen.

Albums will open in the Album Designer Screen. You can modify their design if necessary, and upload the new layout to the web (we provide you with a free web gallery to use to show your album designs)

Upon final approval of albums and composites, you can print your order in house, or send your orders to any lab of your choice. We have an Auto Upload Connection Tool that allows you to enter your labs FTP information once, and ever have to "go online", and enter usernames and passwords, every time have new orders. Simply select your lab from the dropdown list and click the send button. Your order is off to your lab with full printing instructions.

General Information about the system...

Presentation Gold has other additional features that will help you save many hours of production time. There are sales and organizing tools.  There is an album and template designer built into the Gold program.
